Happy New Year!
January/04/2009 10:05 AM
Hello 2009! December was wonderful, we enjoyed our
family time and all the excitement of Santa with our
boys, but with all the rest and "togetherness" we are
ready to go back to our routines! There is something
to the routines in life that inspire a sense of
purpose and organization.
Did you have a New Years resolution? My husband will be 40 in November and has decided to run a marathon! That definitely is admirable; knowing him as well as I do, he will do it and make it look easy. My boys weren't sure they wanted to make a resolution and I think I agree with them - so we just decided that they should play more! My resolutions are simple - to believe in and grow my business, at a pace where I feel I can balance all of my roles effectively: to Love, have Peace, Play, Dream and Sprout daily!
This January 17th I will be participating in my first Trade Show, The Philadelphia Gift Show. It is a large show dedicated to wholesalers and retailers. I hope it will be a way to spread the joy of my products to more people in the Mid Atlantic region. I've been busy, with Brad's help, designing post cards, banners, and designing my booth. As usual, I am grateful to my family and friends who are all helping, sewing panels, stamping more napkins, giving advice, etc... It will be a great learning experience and I look forward to sharing it with you!
Once again, I want to thank all of you for your support this past year. I will never forget the beginning when I first launched my "little" business; all of your feedback and encouragement has kept me moving forward.
Thank you and may all of your dreams be realized.
Here's to a healthy, happy and prosperous New Year!
